Summer WBL

This summer, 26 Roosevelt High School students stepped beyond the classroom and into meaningful, hands-on learning experiences through our Work-Based Learning (WBL) Program.

Together, these students represented 8 Career & Technical Education (CTE) Pathways and partnered with more than 20 local employers and community organizations across Northern Colorado. From construction sites and engineering firms to healthcare offices, manufacturing facilities, restaurants, theaters, schools, farms, and research institutions, our students gained experiences that simply can't be replicated in a classroom.

None of this would be possible without the incredible employers, mentors, and community partners who invested their time, expertise, and encouragement in our students. Thank you for opening your doors, sharing your knowledge, and helping prepare the next generation of skilled professionals and community leaders,
