MLO Resolution

At the August 19th  Board of Education meeting, the resolution to ask voters to extend the 2020 Mill Levy Override (MLO) passed by a 4-1 vote. This measure will appear on the November ballot and would continue existing funding without imposing a new tax. If approved by voters, these funds will continue to help 5J 

• retain and attract high-quality staff, 
• provide additional safety, security, and mental health personnel, 
• expand authentic career exploration and preparation programs, and 
• maintain early childhood programming.
