Home School Information

Overview

Parents who wish to opt their students out of public school education and enroll in home school programming must provide written notification of the home school program. Parents pursuing home school options must complete the following form and return to the Superintendent of Schools, at 110 S. Centennial Drive, Ste. A, Milliken, CO 80543 or email to Marcia Rodriguez (marcia.rodriguez@weldre5j.org).

Please note that this same form must be completed and returned to the school district each year you plan to homeschool your child(ren).
