Concurrent Enrollment (CE)

Roosevelt High School partners with several institutions of higher education—including Aims Community College, Colorado State University, the University of Northern Colorado, Community College of Aurora, Metropolitan State University, and Northeastern Junior College—to offer Concurrent Enrollment (CE)opportunities to eligible students beginning as early as 9th grade. Concurrent Enrollment allows high school students to take college-level courses and earn both high school and college credit simultaneously, at no cost to families for tuition. Students must meet the enrollment requirements set by the partnering college or university to participate. These opportunities help students explore potential career pathways, reduce the cost and time to complete a college degree, and ease the transition to postsecondary education.
