Rentals Use Guidelines
District facilities are made available for community use during non-school hours, including evenings and weekends, when not already being used for school purposes.
Local Rentals
If you reside within the school district boundaries, and at least 50 percent of your participants also reside within the school district boundaries, the facility use itself will be of no cost. If it is determined by the district that a dedicated custodian(s) is required for your event, then you will need to pay for that service for a minimum of 4 hours.
Non-Local Rentals
If you do not reside within the school district boundaries, or if you do, but less than 50 percent of your participants reside within the school district boundaries, then you will need to pay an hourly fee for the facility use. If it is determined by the district that a dedicated custodian(s) is required for your event, then you will need to pay for that service for a minimum of 4 hours.
Anyone utilizing our facilities must provide a valid Certificate of Liability Insurance in the amount of at least $1,000,000.
